This project aims to strengthen local governance systems to make them more transparent, inclusive, and accountable to citizens, by promoting active community participation in local decision-making.

Project Goals
- Strengthen the capacity of local authorities in inclusive governance.
- Encourage citizen participation, especially from marginalized groups.
- Establish social accountability mechanisms.
- Improve trust between institutions and citizens.

- Operationalize Local Consultation Structures (LCS).
- Organize participatory budgeting workshops.
- Revitalize Civil Society Organization (CSO) platforms.
- Establish citizen monitoring mechanisms for local projects.
Expected Results
We aim for an increase in citizen participation in local decisions, improved transparency in the management of public funds, and strengthened community capacity to actively engage in their own development.
