Sector 1: Risk and Disaster Governance
We are committed to sustainably strengthening community resilience to climate and socioeconomic hazards. We support vulnerable populations so they can effectively anticipate, prepare for, absorb, and recover from shocks.
- Identify and support local DRG committees.
- Provide training on risk analysis and decision-making.
- Develop or update Community Contingency Plans.
- Hold training sessions on anticipatory actions and emergency budgeting.
- Conduct awareness-raising and community mobilization campaigns.
- Integrate vulnerable groups into DRG committees and simulation exercises.
Sector 2: Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH) and Nutrition
Our work aims to sustainably improve access to basic services through participatory, educational, and behavior-change-based approaches.
- Train community relays on CLTS/CLTN/MBS/GHM.
- Conduct participatory assessments and establish local committees.
- Organize mother-child support groups (ANJE/NdF) and culinary demonstrations.
- Train local artisans and promote sanitation technologies.
- Raise awareness of good nutritional and hygiene practices via social media.
Sector 3: Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security
We promote resilient, productive, and environmentally friendly agricultural systems. We support producers in adopting climate-smart agricultural practices.
- Promote Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) practices.
- Establish agro-ecological demonstration farm plots.
- Strengthen technical capacities through practical and digital training.
- Distribute resilient seeds and adapted agricultural tools.
- Integrate a digital and climate monitoring system based on satellite data.
- Organize local events to highlight the efforts of rural communities.
Sector 4: Local Governance, Citizen Participation, and Social Accountability
We believe that sustainable development requires locally-based, transparent, and inclusive governance systems. We support the establishment and revitalization of representative community structures.
- Operationalize Local Consultation Structures (LCS).
- Revitalize Civil Society Organization (CSO) platforms.

Sector 5: Territorial Development and Planning via Geospatial Tools
We implement a geospatial data-based approach to support territorial planning and the rational management of natural resources.

- Support municipalities in developing Communal Development Plans.
- Improve communities' understanding of their spaces through participatory mapping and drones.
